Little Taste of Spring Weather

It was a beautiful day today, so we went for a walk and did some swinging too. It was pretty windy, so Reagan still wore his hat to keep his ears warm. He had a really good time. We can't wait for it to warm up just a bit more, so we can be out for longer periods of time. I think he'll like the summer!

The Pouty Face

So Reagan is supposed to like his new remote-controlled car, but I guess this wasn't a good time to try it out since he was tired. When Nick made it go, Reagan was not too happy about it. We love the pouty face so much, we had to capture it for you all to see. It's his new favorite face when something doesn't go his way.

Reagan's 1st Easter

Reagan had his first visit from the Easter Bunny.

Of course, he wanted to eat the grass from his basket.

He doesn't look too thrilled about gettting dressed for Easter Sunday Church Service.

All dressed up and ready for church.

Big Boy...

I just had to share this picture of Reagan. Does he look like a 9-month-old? He had his 9-month appt, and he weighs just over 23 lbs now. He is a big boy.

Oh well, at least we know he's healthy! Well, nutritionally maybe, but the poor guy is sick all the time. He has a cold again!

Biter Biscuit

We recently let Reagan dive into the wonderful world of "Biter Biscuits." Needless to say, he loved it! And here are some pictures of the mess to prove it. In the first picture, he started out slowly. Then you can see that he got the hang of it and really enjoyed himself. It was definitely time for a bath after this (once it started to dry, it was stuck on him like cement). Yummy!

I honestly don't see why kids like these things so much.

A Look Back...

As I promised in a previous blog, I am posting a picture of Nick and I from high school. This particular picture happens to be from our freshman year, when we first started dating. That would be 1998. I don't think either one of us would have thought back then that we would be where we are now 10 years later. I was thinking of how we looked so young, but then again, we WERE so young. Enjoy and don't laugh too hard!

Cousin Layten Visited with Mamoo

Reagan's cousin, Layten (my sister's son), came down with Mamoo today to help her watch Reagan while I was at work (Nick had to work and Michele, the babysitter, is sick). I think they had a really fun day playing together and enjoying each other's company. Reagan really likes being around other kids, and I think he has missed that since he has had to stay home all week. I hate to say it, but I think we are a little too boring with much less energy than the kiddos. Here is a picture of them all snuggled up this morning under Layten's blanket.

They seem to get along really well. They will be good buddies someday, I hope.

Nick and Kira Baby Pictures (per request)

I have rounded up some baby pictures of Nick and I to continue on with the "Then and Now" Theme. Since you know what we look like now, I thought we could skip those. Here is Nicholas as a newborn (can we see where Reagan gets his size)?
Here is Nicholas looking pretty macho at 3 years old. Love the underwear and socks/shoes look!
Here I am as a newborn. I had some pretty chubby cheeks myself!
Here I am at 2 years old.
We are looking for some pictures of Nick and I from when we first started dating in high school. That will be when the laughs begin!

So sweet and innocent...

I just love this look of innocence. I know that I need to savor it while I can since it will most likely not last forever.
Hopefully he will prove me wrong and stay so sweet forever...not likely since it's inevitable that he will turn 2 someday! And then become a teenager. :(

The Dunn Documentary wouldn't be complete without Jack

As requested by the Millers, I have included some pictures of Jack. I can't believe I forgot to add him as part of the Dunn family. To keep up with the theme, we can look back at him THEN......

And NOW..... Jack plays a little Go Fish in his free time.
